Welcome June - Bienvenido Junio

 Reflections by Maritza M. Mejía

Welcome June!

As the earth spins, one could feel the gentle breeze, others the cruel freeze. While Mother Nature screams out, "Be gentle, it's all I ask." How many times do we hear, "It is time to take care of our planet," but what are we doing to protect our Common House? I invite you this month to be conscious about this topic and act by reusing, reducing and recycling. Have a blessed and happy summer/winter wherever you are.

Summer Break

mission accomplished!

half of the year passed by

time to take a break!

 (Haiku, @2024 Mejía)

¡Bienvenido Junio!

Empecemos reduciendo, reusando y reciclando.

¡Feliz Junio y Verano!

Thank you for your support!🌷 #LuzDelMes 🌠

Welcome May - Bienvenido Mayo

   Reflections by Maritza Martínez Mejía

How do I celebrate Mother’s Day?

In the month of May we remember mothers and appreciate the value of motherhood. It is not necessary to be a mother, but it is important to embrace parenthood with love, responsibility, and dignity. Let us honor our mothers wherever they are.í b Maritza Martínez Mejía

Mother’s Day

Years had passed,

Without a doubt,

She is always near.

-Mejia, 2008-

REFLEXIONES  LUZDELMES
