How to make a healthy
and easy Ramen Noodles?
This homemade healthy ramen noodles recipe is packed with vegetables to enhance the flavor and easy to make. Perfect for cold days, lenten season and when your are sick. Enjoy it!
Before cooking
Rinse and peel carrots and ginger, cut
them in squares. Clean with water the mushrooms and green onions, cut in slices.
Peel garlics. Boil two eggs. Cook the Chinese noodles in water and salt until
tender.
- In a large soup pot, heat oil with turmeric over medium heat. Add green onions, garlic,
carrots, and ginger.
- Cook and stir until onion is
tender. Stir in garlic, mushrooms, bay leaf and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in noodles and add water or chicken soup.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.

Serve with a hard boil egg and eat with chopstick to feel
the taste of Asian style.
