~ How to Prepare for an event? ~

12.  Tomar fotos y compartir con otros autores. Siempre se aprende compartiendo.

My first graders were having trouble sharing and getting along so we read Grandma's Treasure by Maritza M. Mejia and did the post reading activity. Later the children told me they were sorry for arguing with each other over their things. I think they captured the main idea.smile emoticon

 Building Gratitude with Grandma's Treasure

...Children's Books Should Be says,

“Children’s Book Should Be…” is a well written tool for any author who wants to write a children book. Lisa Waters not only explains how a children’s book should be, but also gives credit to diverse children’s book authors and explains their writing’s style. Waters defines in each chapter the elements of a good children book. According to the author a children’s book should be fun, engaging, life-changing, creative/imaginative, action-packed, spellbinding, lasting, and cute. I highly recommend this valuable book.

Thank you Author Lisa Waters!
