A lovely representation of the Nativy Crèche at St. John XIII, Florida. Do you know the traction?
It is a representation of the scene of Jesus Christ’s birth. It's the nativity scene that is displayed at Christmas, with the manger, Mary, Joseph, and the three wise men. It is the same as Nativity scene that in 1223 St. Francis of Asisi recreated on Christmas Eve. The Crèche refers to baby Jesus in the manger in o e scene and the other the Three Kings who come to adore him.
"Crèche is a French word that also refers to nursery."
May the Spirit of Christmas remains in you and brings a blessed 2020!
