April 23er is a symbolic and annual date for World Book Day 📕 or Copyright Day that celebrate the anniversary of the death of Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra: a Spanish writer who is widely regarded as the greatest writer in the Spanish language and one of the world's preeminent novelists, William Shakespeare: widely regarded as the greatest writer in the English language and the world's greatest dramatist. and Inca Garcilaso de la Vega: a chronicler and writer born in the Spanish Empire's Viceroyalty of Peru.
According to UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) World Book Day was first celebrated on 23 April 1995 to promote reading, publishing and copyright.
